All class purchases made online and at the studio will have a set start date and expiration date. All services must be used within this set time period. No refunds will be made after 7 days of purchase or use of a class. Classes and packages are not transferable. Registering and receiving a confirmation email, online guarantees a spot in the classes at the Bar Method Vancouver.
Making Purchases:
Purchases for classes at the Bar Method Vancouver can be done safely online through mindbodyonline or at the studio. When we finalize the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order. We may refuse to accept an order: (a) Where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment (b) If there has been a pricing or product description error(c) If the product has been sold out and becomes unavailable (i.e. sold out classes).
Pricing:
All prices are in Canadian Funds and do not include GST or HST.
Delivery of Services:
All class purchases made online and at the studio will have a set start date and expiration date. All services must be used within this set time period. The Bar Method Vancouver offers no transfers or refunds for classes. Registering and receiving a confirmation email, online guarantees a spot in the classes at the Bar Method Vancouver.
